The other day I went back to see my skin specialist because my parents were complaining that the medicine he gave me is making my face just become worse than it already is.Apparently that is a good thing though.he said that the medicine intentionally brings out all the whatnots from inside my skin so that i can heal faster.Like a flu,ya know.

So since i was there already I decided to ask somemore questions.Skin specialist appointments don't come cheap you know...so I asked him about scrubbing,masking and moisturising my face as well as using scar medicine,which I have been doing even more nowadays. He said...

don't do all of that.

not a single one.

just wash my face and that's it.

Oh,and also,according to latest scientific research, Chocolate is GOOD, not BAD for the complexion.
